"To whom it may concern: Re: Mina Nickon, Senior Care Connection Recently, my husband, who suffered from Alzheimer's and other health issues, fell. He was sent to a rehab hospital to recover from 3 hairline fractures to the hip and pelvis. His mental and physical conditions rapidly declined. I knew that 1 needed help managing his care.
